The harvest of tea leaves for Matcha starts in the beginning of April . Before the harvest, the leaves in the fields are covered to block out sunlight, which helps change the components to produce the different, sweeter flavor that Matcha has. That is the kea secret of Matcha's brilliant taste.
The name of chef is Tomoko from Japan.
Now ｓhe is cooking all menues experimentally to complete perfect drinks and sweets.
From the opening day/13 July 2016, She will be in charge of all cookimg and services.
She says " I hope a lot of customers come to our matcha cafe and become fans of it".
Uji is the name of a region in Kyoto,Japan and a famous area for making tea.
Tea made in Uji has the highest quality among the japanese tea.
It is Ujicha.
You can always enjoy the rich taste of Ujicha at our cafe.
