The coffee gelatin part is handmade just like most everything else and comes with tasty cornflakes and matcha sponge cake.

Starting February 1st, we will be introducing our new Matcha Mochi Ice Cream.
Mochi is a popular snack in Japan and we're excited to bring it to you in ice cream form. The mochi is also handmade here in our store.
