Ingredients (for 1 cup/glass)

Making It

  1. 1. Put the matcha powder into a glass (preferably a big one), add hot water, and mix thoroughly until smooth. If you'd like a sweeter drink, feel free to add sugar or gomme syrup and mix more.
  2. 2. Add milk and condensed milk, continue mixing, and add ice.

Notes from the chef

It's important to stir the tea powder in hot water first to make it into a paste. If you use only condensed milk and no sugar or gum syrup, you can make a matcha latte of refreshing sweetness.
