Our matcha powder is directly coming from Uji, Kyoto. Hojicha is also same.

Hojicha is a roasted green tea.  It offers unique roasted flavor, and it’s really matching with the soft serve’s creamy taste.

The roasting process not only infuses the tea with its characteristic flavor but also imparts a beautiful amber hue.
