“Boots & Kimoos” – A great pancake shop in Hawaii

“Boots & Kimoos” is famous for their original pancakes in Kailua. If you you visit Hawaii, it’s definitely worth a try.

My favorite is the macadamia nut sauce pancake. In addition, my favorite other item is the garlic shrimp omelet. Sauteed garlic shrimp with mushrooms, Swiss cheese, Parmesan cheese and Alfredo sauce.
