Hawaii Island’s Kilauea Volcano

I went to “Kilauea Volcano” and it was what I was most looking forward to on this trip. We wanted to get the helicopter view, but unfortunately we couldn’t get a reservation for that. Instead, we took a rental car to the Hawaii Volcano National Park.

When I got there, there was some white smoke from the Pu-Ou crater, which was still erupting. I also saw some lava coming out during the sunset and it was beautiful.

I hope to do a walking tour of this area in the future.
