Ube is a purple yam that originated in the Philippines. In Hawaii, there are a lot of immigrants from there and their food culture is also very popular. Ube has a beautiful purple color and good with desserts.

Our Ube Soft Serve is very creamy and has a nice feel to it. From children to adults, everyone can fully enjoy this flavor. If you’ve never tried Ube, please try it!
