We here at Matcha Stand Maiko are lucky to have many different visitors from all around the world.
Today, we took the time to interview some of them.

Two friends, one from Malaysia and the other from the Philippines

Hot hojicha latte

☆What was said and impressions:

We’re staying at a hotel near here. Today it was a little cool so we wanted to have something warm to drink. We like Japanese food and matcha, so this was perfect.

From the Philippines:

I actually heard about Hojicha for the first time from a friendly recently back in Manila and it sounded great. I was excited to get to try it out on my trip.

From Malaysia:

I didn’t think I’d get to have Hojicha as my first drink in Hawaii! I’m actually going to take a trip to Japan next month with my husband. We’ll be having some more matcha and hojicha while we’re there as well.
