“Have you checked out B.Patisserie yet? They have a storefront in collaboration with Kona Coffee Pruveyors  , located at the ground floor of the International  Marketplace. The staff bakes all of their products  in house , and there’s a wonderful aroma of  baked goods (and coffee of course) as soon as you step in.  Two of their most popular pastries are the chocolate banana almond croissant and the chocolate kouign amann pronounced as “queen ah-mahn”.

The croissant is enveloped in a chewy, flavorful coating of almond pastry cream , and filled with semi-bittersweet chocolate and  banana. It’s absolutely delicious!

The chocolate kouign amann is a crispy, buttery, and flaky pastry  filled with  luscious chocolate ganache. Pieces of rock sugar are baked on top which provides extra crunch and caramelization . One bite of this decadence, and you’ll be instantly hooked !”
